After proof approval, production times for new orders are 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive an electronic PDF proof for approval before production. Orders ship from Houston, TX via UPS Ground. Shipping is free for all order quantities. Below is a ground transit map for shipment times. Please remember to add the 2 to 3-week production time to your planning.

Artwork Recommendations

Our custom-printed thermal paper rolls give you a total imprint size of 2.875″ wide by 22.25″ high. This imprint is then repeated through the 230-foot length of the roll. Since a customer receipt can vary in length, we do not recommend that you print one complete marketing message across the full 22.25″ height. To make sure that each receipt will have at least one complete marketing message, we recommend that you break up the imprint space into 6 spots that are 2.875″ wide by 3.7″ high. Each of these spots should be filled with a stand alone marketing message.

Returns & Cancellation

All sales of custom-printed products are final. The order may be cancelled before production for a refund. Once production has begun, the sale is final. Orders canceled before production without artwork design services will be refunded in full.  Orders with artwork design services will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Eligible refunds will be issued within five business days.
