Cancellation Policy
Custom Printed Products – Orders may be cancelled for a refund before production. For orders that do not contain design services, the refund will be in full. For orders were we are designing the artwork a $50 artwork cancellation fee applies. Refunds will be issued within five business days.
Blank Products – Order may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Refunds are issued within five business days for blank product cancellations.
Return Policy
Custom Printed Products – All sales are final on custom printed products. The order may be cancelled before production for a refund. Once production has begun, the sale is final.
Blank Products – are eligible for return under the terms and conditions below.
- All returns must be received within 30 days.
- Return items must be received in new condition with the original packaging to receive a full credit.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the person returning the package.
- Refund will be for the return product cost only, as shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
